1- Delivery times
The delivery time starts on the day of receipt of the samples in our laboratories. Under no circumstances may postal or special courier transport times be taken into account within these deadlines. In addition, payment must, unless otherwise stipulated, be fully made on the day of the start of the analysis. In the event of force majeure (loss or destruction of samples, strike, supplier or subcontractor delays, etc.), the deadline will be extended automatically without the applicant being able to claim any compensation. Euro Paternity bears the delivery costs when the kit is sent to customers. Otherwise, the customer bears the cost of delivery of the samples sent to the laboratory.
2- Mandate
The mandate given to Euro Paternité. aims to analyze and carry out a DNA test. In no case is it a question of ensuring a previously established result. The result of the requested DNA analysis will be to establish or deny the links between the people tested. The applicant accepts the processes and procedures used by Euro Paternité. within its mandate. The applicant undertakes to provide Euro Paternité. all documents necessary for the fulfillment of its mandate. The taking of samples remains the sole responsibility of the applicant. Euro Paternity. can assist the applicant in taking samples. If the samples do not allow a DNA analysis, the applicant will have to renew his request; in this case Euro Paternity. will charge a flat rate of €80 for administrative and laboratory costs. The applicant is informed and accepts that the test he orders will only be done for his personal knowledge and can in no case be used as evidence before a court or any other authority. .
3- Confidentiality
Euro Pelicano ltd and its team undertake to strictly respect all information collected by its customers and consider it confidential. The laboratory analysis service, which is governed by public order provisions, is also subject to strong confidentiality obligations. However, Euro Pelicano may be obliged to communicate this information in accordance with a legal provision, by any competent court or by a governmental authority. In this case and as far as possible, Euro Pelicano ltd will inform the user as soon as possible of the latest contact information available.
4- Refund
No refund is possible once the collection kit has been sent by Euro Pelicano Ltd.
5- Credit Card Debit
Payment is made at the beginning of the order, before the kit is sent to the customer. In the event of additional costs (collection of samples, change of order, etc.), Euro Paternity. reserves the right to deduct, with the customer’s agreement, the corresponding sum. Under no circumstances will the results be issued if full payment has not been made.
6- Analysis deadlines
Euro Paternity. guaranteed analysis in 5 working days from receipt of samples at the laboratory. In the event of additional analyzes due to poor collection of DNA samples, Euro Paternité reserves the right to extend this period in order to analyze the second series of samples (5 additional working days). If no DNA can be taken, a recollection will be requested from the customer at an additional cost, and the analysis period starts again upon receipt of the new samples.
7- Card holder
The cardholder is responsible for all responsibilities in force in the country or municipality in which he resides.
